The Recruitment and Retention Division works to build volunteer membership in Warren County Fire and Rescue. Recruitment Coordinator, Brenda Diehl (540-636-3830) assist new applicants and station recruitment and retention representatives facilitate the volunteer experience at the stations.
On the first Saturday of most months, a New Volunteer Orientation is offered. It trains volunteers in CPR and selected first aid topics and gives potential members an idea of what is expected of volunteers, along with a departmental overview and benefits. Members enjoy benefits such as a Warren County Tax Credit and the use of our Hometown Heroes Program, where local businesses provide discounts to our volunteers.
We are in need of people just like you to get involved and help others in our community. No experience? No problem, all we require is an open mind and
willingness to learn, we offer free training to our members! Call 540-636-3830
